Services Ma Bulle offers wellness and support services: wellness massages (California, prenatal, postnatal, Chi Nei Tsang, etc.), lymphatic drainage, foot massage, psychogestionnel support (PGL method), as well as packages. Sessions take place by appointment at the practice in Aix-en-Provence. The website also allows the online purchase of gift vouchers for one or more services. Payment methods – Gift vouchers purchased online: payment by card, secured via Stripe. Card details are not stored on the website. – Sessions (on-site appointments): payment is made at the practice by cash, cheque or bank transfer as indicated by Ma Bulle. – For a gift voucher paid by cheque or bank transfer (other than online payment), contact octavieh@hotmail.com. Cancellation and rescheduling of sessions Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge provided Ma Bulle is informed at least 48 hours before the appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 48 hours in advance, the session is due. Gift vouchers: validity and terms – Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (12 months for packages, as indicated on the website). – They are not nominal and are non-refundable once used or after expiry. – In accordance with consumer law (distance selling), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. To exercise it, send a clear request by email to octavieh@hotmail.com. In the event of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your request, using the same payment method as for the transaction.
